The Rustic Deli Story

Founded in 2016, The Rustic Deli was created with a simple goal: bring the tradition of the classic neighborhood deli into a modern setting where families, professionals, and food lovers could gather for fresh, handcrafted meals.

Owner Michael Ross grew up working in family-owned delis and believed there was still a place for genuine hospitality, scratch-made recipes, and premium ingredients in an increasingly fast-paced dining industry. What started as a small lunch destination has grown into a local favorite known for oversized sandwiches, house-made soups, fresh baked desserts, and catering for businesses throughout the community.

At The Rustic Deli, we prepare many of our recipes in-house, including soups, salad dressings, deli salads, desserts, and signature sandwich spreads. We work with premium meats and cheeses, bake fresh bread deliveries daily, and focus on generous portions that keep guests coming back.

From traditional deli favorites to seasonal specials and modern menu twists, we strive to balance comfort, quality, and value.

We serve local businesses, schools, healthcare offices, and community organizations through boxed lunches, sandwich platters, breakfast catering, and special-event packages.
